PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

  • A nonrefundable deposit of USD$500.00 per person upon reservation payable in USD Dollars or equivalent in PESO or AUD using tour operator’s rate with photocopy of passport and pilgrim’s accomplished tour registration form; Submission should not be later than 6 months prior departure date
  • Full payment due upon ticketing deadline but which should not be later than two months prior departure date.
  • Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of tour cost will be imposed if cancellation is done two months before departure date
  • Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 1 month before departure
  • Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable. Consideration on death and medical reasons will be subject to suppliers’ cancellation policies and upon submission of official certificates.

  • TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE stated visa fees and documentation expenses, extra travel insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra luggage, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary, and such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry, room service and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms and conditions.

Our company or its subagents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assume no responsibility or liability that may occur out of or in connection with losses or unexpected expenses due to delays, overbooking, and defaults.

  • The tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice, UNLESS a deposit has been placed. Should the number of participants fall below the required number, we reserve the right to increase the tour cost or cancel/reschedule the tour. The payment for a reservation fee on the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibility published in this tour.

ITINERARY

Day1 / OCTOBER 01: Manila – Lisbon
Depart Manila in the evening for Lisbon via one of the best airline and enjoy in flight Meals and services on board.

Day 2 / OCTOBER 02: Lisbon – Fatima
Upon arrival in Lisbon you will find your luggage and exit the baggage claim into the arrivals hall where group will be greeted by the airport assistant. You will be escorted to the vehicle which will then take you on a short orientation tour of this beautiful Portuguese city. Free time for lunch. Continue drive to one of the major Marian pilgrim centers, Fatima. Check in at our hotel for a restful evening after a long flight. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3 / OCTOBER 03: Fatima
Begin our tour of Fatima, where we will experience the beauty of this spiritual town. We will see the Basilica, the site of Francesco and Jacinta’s graves, the Hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived, and Valinhos, the site of Our Lady’s appearance after the children’s return from prison. Experience Christ’s love as you walk and follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra (The Sacred Way) culminating in the Chapel of Calvary, which overlooks all of Fatima. In the afternoon, attend our English mass at the Chapel of Apparitions. Join your prayers with those of pilgrims from around the world as you pray for the sick, drink water from the miraculous well. Attend the blessing of the sick and participate in nightly candlelight processions requested by Our Lady. Dinner and overnight in Fatima.
Day 4 / OCTOBER 04: Fatima – Oporto – Santiago de Compostela
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Santiago de Compostela via Oporto. Upon arrival, meet our guide and visit Cathedral of St. James which is one of the finest examples of architecture in all of Europe. As pilgrims, we have the opportunity celebrate our Sunday mass and thereafter climb the stairs behind the high altar to visit the crypt where th relics of St. James are preserved, touch the central pillar (Portico de La Gloria), view the ‘botafumeiro’ and admire the wealth of medieval art inside the Cathedral, before visiting the cloister museum. Enjoy a stroll on own, through the beautiful streets of Santiago de Compostela, the city of the apostle, full of historical buildings and other attractions (before or after dinner). Dinner and overnight in Santiago de Compostela.

Day 5 / OCTOBER 05: Santiago de Compostela – Garabandal
Arise this morning and drive through the scenic countryside of Spain and enjoy the lush green mountains before we arrive to the hamlet of Garabandal. Dinner and accommodation for the next two evenings will be at one of the modest hotels in Garabandal. This sparsely populated village consists of only * about 90 humble dwellings. Rest of the day for private devotions.

Day 6 / OCTOBER 06: Garabandal
Little has changed in this rural town since Jun 18, 1961 when four children had an apparition first of an Angel sent to prepare the children for a visit from the Virgin. From Jul 2, 1961 sporadically until Nov 13, 1965, the Blessed Virgin visited them, speaking, guiding and confiding secrets of future events. The children reported a promised future miracle at the grove of pine trees on a bluff overlooking the village of Garabandal. It will be on the feast-day of a little known martyr of the Eucharist and coincide with an event in the Church. During your stay you will have time for reflection, devotions and follow the Stations of the Cross. Speak with villagers who witnessed the apparitions, have our Sunday Mass and bask in tranquility. Return motor coach trip to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 / OCTOBER 07: Garabandal – Zaragoza – Barcelona
Today, we begin with our long drive and excursion to Zaragoza. Crossing the Sierras of Zaragoza, see the remote homes of the Spanish village. Arrive late noon for lunch and continue visit to the Basilica Del Pilar, “Nuestra Senora del Pilar” where we will celebrate our mass. On to Barcelona for our dinner and overnight.

Day 8 / OCTOBER 08: Barcelona – Montserrat – Barcelona
After breakfast, start of our half day tour within Barcelona with our visit to SAGRADA FAMILIA, including its cathedral and cloister. In the afternoon, proceed to Montserrat to visit the Royal Basilica and the Monastery which houses the famous Black Virgin, “Virgin Morenata”. Go back to Barcelona for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 / OCTOBER 09: Barcelona – Lourdes
Prepare for long distance transfer to Lourdes via Andorra. Enjoy a lunch stop in this border. Continue a scenic drive to one of the major Marian pilgrim centers of the world, Lourdes. Upon arrival you will check in to your hotel and relax or explore before dinner. Following dinner you may choose to participate in the candlelight procession before retiring for the evening.

Days 10 / OCTOBER 10: Lourdes
After breakfast, our guided tour of Lourdes will include the sanctuary; the Basilica of St Pius X, the world’s largest underground church; and the baths where hundreds of miraculous cures have taken place. Enjoy a video presentation telling the story of Lourdes, and walk in the footsteps of St Bernadette. See Boly Mill where St Bernadette was born and the “Cachot,” an abandoned prison where Bernadette’s impoverished family lived. Join your prayers with those of pilgrims from around the world as you pray for the sick, drink water from the miraculous spring, pray at the Grotto and submerge yourself in the healing baths. Experience Christ’s love as you walk the life-sized Stations of the Cross overlooking the holy Grotto. Kneel in the chapel built on the very rock of the Grotto in obedience to the request of the “Immaculate Conception.” Attend the blessing of the sick and participate in nightly candlelight processions requested by Our Lady, and take time for private devotions.

Day 11 / OCTOBER 11: Lourdes – Paris
Depart for Paris via the TGV Train. Upon arrival in this city of Romance, we visit the famous Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Champs Elysees, the Opera House, Concorde Square and L’ Arc De Triomphe. Proceed to Rue du Bac and have our Eucharistic celebration at the Chapel of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal where the incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure is still lying in state. Gain merciful blessings and healing as we pray to our dear saint. Dinner and overnight in Paris.

Day 12 / OCTOBER 12: Paris
After breakfast, begin the day with our visit to the Louvre Museum, where we can see and admire magnificent works of art and the original painting of Mona Lisa. Lunch enroute, then continue drive to Montmarte to view and visit the beautiful Sacre Coeur Church inspired by the Sacred Heart Devotion which began in Paray-Le-Monial by St. Margaret-Mary. Rest of the day at own leisure for last minute shopping of souvenirs. Dinner and overnight.

Day 13 / OCTOBER 13: Paris – Nevers
Today group proceeds to Nevers and visit Saint Gildard Convent, the house of the Sister of Charity where Bernadette fulfilled her desire to live her religious life. This is the site where St. Bernadette’s incorrupt body rests. While here, you will pray and reflect upon the life of the beloved Saint. Visit the Nevers Cathedral and we shall arrange for a private Sunday mass in this beautiful church. Check in at hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 14 / OCTOBER 14: Nevers – Avignon – Nice
After breakfast we leave for Avignon, the city that served as the “Second Capital” of the Catholic Church during most of the 14th century. See the Pont D’Avignon and Avignon’s medieval ramparts, walls and towers. Continue to Nice and visit the famous Fragounad perfume factory. Enjoy this relaxing city on your own until dinner and overnight.

Day 15 / OCTOBER 15: Nice – Pisa – Florence
Today we drive to Pisa as we ride d shuttle to Piazza Duomo, view and photo stop at the famous Leaning Tower, the Baptistry, and the Campanile. Continue drive towards Florence, another popular town among tourists and pilgrims. Upon arrival enjoy a guided city tour passing highlights such as the Duomo, the Baptistery, the open gallery of Piazza Signora and Santa Croce. The tours will end with a visit of the Duomo Cathedral. Dinner and overnight.

Day 16 / OCTOBER 16: Florence – Milan
This morning travel to Milan and visit Duomo di Milano, one of the largest and most surprising in the world. After enjoying the impressive Duomo, head to the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle II, one of the world’s most magnificent shopping arcades in the world. Leave the Galleria on the opposite side from where you came in, and you will reach the Piazza de la Scala, which is a very lively square. The piazza houses Milan’s opera house called La Scala. Free day until transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 17 / OCTOBER 17: Milan – Lucerne – Engelberg
Depart for Lucerne, home to medieval architecture and spectacular lakeside scener. Lucerne is widely considered the jewel in Switzerland’s crown. On this tour, explore Lucerne and surrounds by foot and by boat, and see the best of the city in one day. With your guide to lead the way, hit top attractions including the Chapel Bridge and Lucerne Castle, and gain insight into centuries of colorful Swiss history. Leave for Engelberg. Take the Rotair or revolving cable car to Mount Titlis. Free time. Return to Lucerne for dinner and overnight.

Day 18 / OCTOBER 18: Lucerne – Innsbruck – Salzburg
Go back in time at Altstadt von Innsbruck to discover how numerous Habsburg rulers bestowed imperial splendor on the town. Start from the riverside and walk through small alleys alongside colorful old houses. See some of the architectural gems from the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical periods, such as the Golden Roof and the Cathedral of St. James. Taste the local beer or the authentic Tyrolean food at one of the many restaurants with a view of Alps. Stroll through the Hofgarten, a park located on the edge of the Old Town. Then continue to Salzburg for dinner and overnight.

Day 19 / OCTOBER 19: Salzburg – Bled
See the picturesque World Heritage City of Salzburg as well as the beautiful landscapes where the opening scenes of the movie The Sound of Music were filmed! Follow the traces of the Trapp family and take a tour through Salzburg and its surroundings. Visit all of the original film settings and learn more about the historical and architectural landmarks of Salzburg as well as the Lake District. In the afternoon, drive to one of Slovenia’s famous city, Bled. We take a boat ride to the Island in the middle of Lake Bled and visit the Church of the Assumption. We then take a private tour of Bled Castle, one of the most visited tourist attractions in Slovenia, built on top of a 130 meter cliff overlooking Lake Bled. Dinner and overnight

Day 20 / OCTOBER 20: Bled – Zagreb – Medjugorje
This morning, enjoy a city tour of the capital of Croatia, featuring Upper Town and Down Town. The Upper Town is Zagreb’s historical center which comprises Church of St. Mark with the famed multi-colored roof, the Parliament building (Sabor), the Stone Gate, Cathedral. Down Town is business and cultural center of Zagreb with its main square of Ban Josip Jelacic, the Croatian National Theatre and University. Depart for Medjugorje. On arrival, check into your hotel with time to explore this peaceful village and take part in the evening program with mass Rosary in St. James Church and pray with pilgrims from around the world.

Day 21 / OCTOBER 21: Medjugorje – Split or Zadar
Throughout your time in this special place of “prayer and Reflection” experience the beauty and peace of this simple village. This morning we follow the path up Apparition Hill (Podbrdo) where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Touch and pray the rosary before the cross that commemorates the spot where our Blessed Mother, Our Lady Queen of Peace first appeared to the visionaries. Visit and pray at “Blue Cross”, which is a place of great healings and graces-, a very special place at the base of Apparition Hill. Check out at our hotel and prepare transfer to either Split or Zadar where group will take an overnight ferry to Ancona

Day 22 / OCTOBER 22: Ancona – Loreto – Rome
Arrive the port of Ancona this morning and transfer to Loreto for our arrival thanksgiving mass at the Basilica della Santa Casa, the Holy House itself of the Holy Family! It has been a Catholic pilgrimage destination since at least the 14th century and a popular tourist destination for non-Catholics as well. Local lore recounts that the house in which the Holy Family lived was miraculously flown from the Holy land to Loreto by four angels just before the final expulsion of the Crusaders from the Holy Land. After private devotions, lunch enroute and continue drive to the eternal city of Rome. Check in for dinner and overnight.

Day 23 / OCTOBER 23: Rome
This morning we drive to the Vatican Square for our Papal Audience. Continue to the Vatican museum and visit the underground tomb of the Popes and the newly restored Sistine Chapel with its magnificent frescoes depicting the “LAST JUDGEMENT” by Michael Angelo and the beautiful paintings of the masters. Continue visit to St. Peter’s Basilica and see the beautiful La Pieta at the entrance of the church. After lunch visit also other important churches in the history of our faith, Maria Maggiore, St. Praxedes (with the pillar of the scourging of Christ), Perpetual Help (with the original Icon), church of San Paul’s outside the Walls, Scala Sancta (with the stairs of Pilate’s villa where Jesus was condemned), Sta. Croce in Jerusalem (with the relics of the crucifixion of Jesus) and end at San Giovanni Laterano (oldest church in Rome-Gift of St. Helena to the Pope. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

Day 24 / OCTOBER 24: Rome – San Giovanni Rotondo
We leave the Eternal City to San Giovanni Rotondo, the small town closely associated with the life of Padre Pio. We will also stop in Pietrelcina where Padre Pio was born and grew up. In San Giovanni Rotondo, visit the Grotto of St. Michael and Padre Pio’s the “Home for the Relief of Suffering,” a famous charitable work of Padre Pio. Visit his tomb, cell and confessional, and the old church where he received the stigmata, and have mass at the Church of Santa Maria Delle Grazie. Dinner and overnight.

Day 25 / OCTOBER 25: San Giovanni Rotondo – Rome – Departure
Today we drive back to Rome and enjoy a classical tour of the city and see the Colosseum known for its gladiatorial combats, walk through the Roman Forum, the amazing Trevi fountain, Via Venetto and Piazza de Venezia, the Pantheon and the Spanish steps. Have some free time and enjoy last minute shopping until transfer to airport for return flight to Manila
